Bad Request error when adding new character using ESI authentication #75

"Bad Request - Request Too Long" "HTTP Error 400. The size of the request headers is too long."

Tried a couple of new toons I created and same error every time.

I can't replicate this -- unless there is anything specific in your logs besides the bad request, it might be a transient esi issue.
