new questions for pull request #10

Testing how to do proper pull request.. Not sure how you want to separate questions by class in the specialization yet so I just added a new field in tests.json to one question name "course#" with the course number for now so it is known it is from the second course in the specialization.

Maybe to use "tags": ["course1", "week3", "fragments"]
