added new questions to test initial pull request #9

Testing how to do proper pull request.. Not sure how you want to separate questions by class in the specialization yet so I just added a new field in tests.json to one question name "course#" with the course number for now so it is known it is from the second course in the specialization.

Disregard the changes to the other files besides tests.json I guess. I added everything that showed as modified into staging and the commit mistakenly
