@adrecord thanks for the review and test!

I am waiting for @calvin2021y to provide the podman command he used that resulted in this error in order to add it as a test case and add the missing netavark binary eventually.

I am merging and releasing this now since my question wasn't answered yet and I am on vacation now. Missing binaries will have to be added with the next release.
