Does this package still depend on rswipl when SWI-Prolog is available?

Actually, no. Linking to rswipl is not needed if prolog is on your computer. You're completely right.

I cannot remove the dependency, though, because the CRAN testing machines do not have prolog installed.

If you're aware of a better solution, please let me know.
