Next week I will commit some modifications to make more customizable the pageview event

@j0an Any progress on this? We use Google Tag Manager and noticed, that Angularytics doesn't work. Would be nice to finish this pull request. :) Till then I'll copy out the current code into our own service. Thank you very much in advance - I guess more and more people will use Google Tag Manager.

I couldn't find the documentation, but how do I set this up with Google Tag Manager?
