Air Quality Forecast #14

New Feature Description:

As an IFTTT user, I want to receive Air Quality Forecast information, for a time-based range (tomorrow, this week, etc), with recommendations on how to mitigate poor air quality (if/when it occurs)

This can be integrated in the IFTTT partner panel as it's an RSS feed.
