Wave In A Box currently does not have an easy to use method to manage users, 
waves or anything else.

To begin with such an admin section should allow the administrator to add, 
remove and modify users.

I envision such a system would require the addition of a permissions field to 
the user model currently built into WIAB. If a user has admin permissions an 
extra button would be added to the top bar which would take the admin to the 
admin section.

In the admin section itself, the administrator would have the ability to add, 
remove and modify users (including assigning varying levels of access).

Another issue that requires administration - ability to revoke OAUTH token for 
Data API.
