auto-scroll wave panel when cursor reaches bottom of view port #241

When I append text to a blip at the bottom of the view port, my cursor position 
eventually disappears outside the viewport and I can't see what I write anymore 
without manually scrolling the wave. I'd like the wave panel to start scrolling 
by itself when my cursor reaches the bottom of the view port, like Google Wave 
does.
