I am having the same problem, getting the same "could not retrieve YouTube
upload token: 400: Upload token returned from YouTube API is null. Please make
sure that all request parameters are valid."
All required parameters have 2+ characters.
Problem occurred on the second and third assignments made on the same YTD
application. I did go in and change the embed code to the proper assignment id
as it was still the same as the first assignment. No change in the "upload
token" error message.
Any help would be most appreciated.

Better client-side validation is now in place. If this is still an issue for
anyone, please provide an example URL for a page containing the YTD embed where
this can be reproduced.
