Can not access the admin panel

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installing the appengine-web.xml
2. Making changes according to: 
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=p1pxGe3zLXg&feature=player_embedded
3. logging on to the admin for the local host

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expect Successful Build

http://localhost:8888/admin

HTTP ERROR 500
Problem accessing /admin. Reason: 

    Error running javac.exe compiler

What version of the product are you using? 
Eclipse IDE for Java Developers

It sounds like you don't have a Java environment set up on your machine. Could 
you please follow the steps at 
http://code.google.com/p/youtube-direct/wiki/EclipseSetup and see if that helps?
