Admin Page blank #68

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Visit admin page
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I can see the admin page fine but my other admins only see a blank screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using the latest version. Checked it in via SVN late last week. They are 
using a MAC while I'm on Windows XP

Please provide any additional information below.

If the right-click and choose View Page Source, do they see anything listed 
there? And are you sure that they are permissioned as admins in App Engine?
