503 Error Message #81

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Run YTD as WebApplication in Eclipse
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected to be able to login to admin screen on localhost.  Instead get 
HTTP ERROR: 503

Problem accessing /admin. Reason:

    SERVICE_UNAVAILABLE  (I've seen this question asked before with no resolution.)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Eclipse Indigo.  Google AppEngine Plugin downloaded today.  on Windows 7.

Please provide any additional information below.
When I alter my credentials in my appengine-web.xml file (like removing my 
ClientID) I instead get a 404 Error page rather than a 503.

I'm not a Java programmer, but can follow instructions.  Have been following 
the Getting Started video step-by-step and need to get this implemented as 
quickly as possible.  Thanks for the help in advance!
