This is a WIP PR:

refactor the mess that is the current Please source code
add new updated data models making it easier to add additional support for data models such as PEEM
add unittests

To be tackled in additional WIP PRs:

optimize and organize image IO code
separate model and view code
Investigate adding cython support for things like minima extraction in I(V) curves
Investigate automated LEED diffraction spot analysis
