Fast Member for Methods... #22

Cannot see any implementation for Method Fast Access. Is there exists implementation in FastMember to fast access method parameter name?

It seems like there must be something happening behind the scenes that we're not aware of as I doubt this was excluded from the original design but rather was simply left out because it was an altogether different project to include it.
