Was wondering if there were any plans for FastMember to be built for DotNet Standard 2.1 and/or DotCore 3.1

@mgravell there looks to be a nuget package compiled by someone else but would be great if we could get this officially

What benefit would those additional target frameworks bring? The library is already supported on both with existing targets.
