Refactor database and backend #2

Need to allow for 1...n subs and create a way to track and retrieve point history over the course of a tournament to allow for graphs on stable page.

Also need to have roster lock database separate from favorited database to allow for 1...N favorites and 1...K locked rosters (currently 6, but could change with rules on subs/fighters).

Needs to wait until after Kyushu Basho since it will interfere with current leaderboard functionality
