Collection on Page Issues #149

Under pages I've set the collection on what page I want used but the comic doesn't seem to show on that page. I also tried editing the widgets but it seems all the themes I try to use only allows you to add wigets to sidebars so the dymanic comic widget just shows on the side or at the bottom.

I'm not sure how to make it so the first comic shows on the top of page I want it used on :/

Sorry if this is newbie question! I did try to look for a solution but found none. I'm using the mog theme right now.

Selecting a collection for a WordPress Page doesn't actually do a whole lot by default; it's mostly so Pages can easily use collection-specific themes. To actually get your webcomics to show up on a specific page you'll need to add the necessary code for that to them (Integrate is also an option, but that's generally limited to showing webcomics on the site home page).

What you might be able to do is steal Inkblot's Webcomic Home template, which you might even be able to use as-is (just drop it in your theme and select it as the page template for whatever page you want to display webcomics).

Thank you for the reply! That's good to know I wasn't completely our of my mind :). I did try the inkblot theme a few times after reading other items but when I add the theme to the specific area all I get is this stacked look. I wasn't sure if that's what was supposed to happen? Thanks!

I think I found a theme that works but I was wondering if there was a way to link to a page where the newest comic always shows?
