I wanted to line up my monitors even though they have different resolutions. I downloaded the app, but it didn't fix the actual issue. I lined up my monitors on the app and clicked apply but there was no change in my monitors.

What did you expect ? The soft deals with mouse transition from screen to screen.

For what it's worth, I'm also not getting any effect 😕 even after applying settings, the mouse transitions are still as they have been set up in the non-DPI-aware Windows settings panel. None of the other settings have any effect either (e.g. activating "Vertical loop" and "Horizontal loop", then clicking "Apply/Start", there is no loop-around) so it seems the application somehow fails to "hook" on my system.

I'm trying to run this on a work laptop, so I suspect that some kind of group policy or other restriction may be causing this.

Some specs: OS: Windows 11 Enterprise 22H2 (build 22621.3447) System: HP ZBook Fury 16 G9 Video card: NVIDIA RTX A2000 8GB (driver version 31.0.15.2908) Integrated video: Intel UHD Graphics (driver version 31.0.101.4255) Integrated laptop screen: SDC4174, 3840×2400 px @ 284 dpi (16") External screens: 2× DELL U2719D, 2560×1440 px @ 109 dpi (27") Connection: HP Thunderbolt Dock, DisplayPort to screens

I'd be happy to give more information and try out stuff if it can help debug.

Hi. I'm new here and just downloaded the app hoping it'd help me with two monitors that are the same size but are different resolutions and the app doesn't seem to affect anything at all even after toying with the position. The size in mm was correct from the first boot of the app but it still doesn't seem to tell windows that. I'm running Win11 on Intell CPU on a GTX1060.

Does the icon in notification area turn green ? If it stays blue or turn red the hook may have failed.

Does the icon in notification area turn green ? If it stays blue or turn red the hook may have failed. I'm having this issue too, and it is turning red for me. I also can't find the hook in task manager or in the program folder. Does anyone know how to fix this?
