Mouse still jumping #371

After creating a clean windows 10 install, I went to install LBM and set it up as I did in windows 11 however, my mouse is still jumping around and neither the vertical or horizontal loops work. I imagine it is an issue with the LBM hook however I am not sure how to troubleshoot or fix this.

If it helps, I have two 27" monitors, one being 38402160 and the other being 19201080. I am running the latest version of windows 10 22H2 and LBM v5.2.2.0 works whereas v5.2.3.0 is where the issues occur.
