save reports to PNGs rather than rendering w/ XForwarding #4
Hi there! I was wondering if there was a way to generate the reports of MinPath and save them to a file rather than rendering reports with XForwarding. I am using my school's high performance computing cluster, and am not sure I have the resources available to generate a graphical report for the functional annotations of my MAG assemblies. Thank you so much for your help with this!
