DOI fields are formatted without https://doi.org/ and with a spurious "DOI: " #10

When citing a work that has a doi (say 192.168.0.1), the generated entry currently reads 

DOI: 192.168.0.1

In splncs04, this would be:

https://doi.org/192.168.0.1
