The last digit of the TCKN should be only 0,2,4,6 or 8 and can not be 1,3,5, 7 or 9. And if the number starts with 99 then it will be a YKN (Yabanci kimlik no) not a TCKN and if it starts with 98 then it will be a (gecici koruma kimlik no).
