Add instructions for cross-compilation #55

I couldn't figure out compilation for ARM Linux and for macOS yet, not merging this until I have done that (or decided to skip them).

Not adding instructions to macOS for now, it's too much of a hassle to set up osxcross and clang and whatnot.
