Notify about activity #18

Is it possible to send notifications to the phone about activity? The same ones that come in email notifications from GitLab.

I recommend switching to labplus_for_gitlab, since that one is a fork from this project and is actively maintained. We don't currently offer this feature either, but I'm happy to add it to the backlog
