Price Sync on some symbols doesn't update #4

Steps to reproduce: On April 23rd 2020 at around 15:30 MST ran this from the command console: /var/www/html/bin/console price:sync -v --delay=random --chunk=50 --stillT-saveQ /var/www/html/data/source/y_universe.csv

The following symbols had errors: 153 UTX: gap_after20200420 API_failNOOP 163 RTN: gap_after20200420 API_failNOOP

Expected result: Those symbols should have had their price data downloaded.

Calls to Yahoo API using scheb/yahoo-finance-api sometimes generate responses that fail with error "Could not extract crumb from response" at ResultDecoder.php line 129. Chronic problems are with symbols: BFB, BRKB log.txt
