PriceParser.PRICE_MULTIPLIER missing in three dispatchs #263

Are 3 of the dsipatches in PriceParser.PRICE_MULTIPLIER missing?

If so, it's pretty fundamental and would throw off any code that calls them.

PS: Is the master branch still alive? It would be nice to see it maintained as the develop branch is very different and not as complete.
