This PR makes the following changes:

Updated README with details of how to create a conda env with new conda syntax
Updated the following scripts to prevent Pandas v2.2.0 deprecation warnings
- daily_bar_csv.py
- performance.py
- tearsheet.py
Created new version
Updated integration tests with new pytest syntax
