Versions are updated almost fully to most recent versions.
- Python at 3.10
- pytorch is at <2.0.0
New use_cuda config allows one to use CUDA code or not.
All configs now use config/master_config.yaml and configs in config/datasets/. All other config/*.yaml are not used.
Changed most os.path code to Pathlib.Path
Some files may not be functional / bug-checked (some os.path still remain.)
