% uniquely mapped reads #7

Thank you for this tool! Is it possible to obtain the % uniquely mapped reads to each TE locus?

Hi,

This is not something that we have implemented when running in multi mode. However, if you use TElocal with --mode uniq, you would only count the uniquely mapped reads for each locus.
