ATAC-seq data #3

Hello, I was wondering if TEpeaks would work for ATAC-seq peaks? Have you ever tried it? Thank you Rita

Hi Rita,

Thank you for your interest in TEpeaks. This software is still in beta-mode, and thus untested for ATAC-seq peaks. I will confirm with the software's author to see if TEpeaks could eventually handle that methodology.

Unfortunately, TEpeaks is not currently in active development, so no updates regarding this.
