Rename `axdebug/Test` to `axdebug/test` and `ifilter/demo` to `ifilter/demos` #2282

axdebug/Test is the only test folder with a capitalized T. ifilter/demo is the only demo(s) folder not plural. This makes test and demos folders naming consistent and simplifies configs
