Looks like the repo has had no activity for 5 years and the apm interop group link is now dead: https://research.spec.org/apm-interoperability/

Added, but didn't bother with many of the adapters, I can't find how to access the upstream of them (looks like over the years these upstream formats have rotted). This project looks dead.
