Version number mismatch #1

Version number on bottom silk screen seems to say "v1". File specifies version as "v3".

Board from shop.openenergymonitor.com is V1.3, the only difference is minor silk screen adjustments - change LED size and change LED resistor value to 100R. There are no actual changes to the board circuit design.
