leverage spatialreference.org to allow user more flexibility in specifying projections. #13

Figuring out how to specify Spatial Reference Systems / Projections can be a big time sink. Would be very cool to use spatialreference.org to auto convert whatever spatial reference specification the user has available.

spatialreference.org URL's are now the preferred method of specifying projections / Coordinate Reference Systems in spiderosm (as of v0.4.0). Other formats (e.g. proj4text) are then downloaded from spatialreference.org
