A question from the Portland OS-Geo group-

Is it possible to modify spiderosm such to develop a similar package which compares building polygons?

SpiderOSM is really setup for path networks, and streets. I don't think it would work very well for building footprints. But it wouldn't be terribly difficult to give it a try and see what happens. If somebody is motivated to do this experiment, let me know and I will work with you.
