Proposing the following changes as part of this pull request:

Updated to work with react-leaflet v2.
Removed src/L.Deflate.js; now referencing Leaflet.Deflate as a dependency in package.json instead.
Added support for handling prop changes (via the updateLeafletElement() hook in react-leaflet v2).
Added new npm run example script and example/ app to make dev/testing easier.
Incremented package.json version to 0.2.0 (nicely aligns with react-leaflet v2)
