Implement restore capabilities #2

Currently, data can only be extracted from ZK/etcd and stored in a number of places but other than looking at it, you can't use burry to restore the state of an infra service.

With a8e417b216f93f12725722a0e6949c96adc186c9 this is basically addressed, modulo edge cases and more testing.
