Added examples for Thing and Person #18

Hi Michael,

I changed the directory structure a bit and added examples for "Thing" and "Person" in RDFa. I also added examples for JSON-LD to see how the new syntax handles the schema.org stuff. Is the new directory layout okay? Is it ok to organize things the way I reworked it? I would expect that it might be easier for scripts to grab what they need out of the directories if there was a clear file naming scheme. Having one directory for each language per class seemed like overkill?

Let me know what you think - if you're okay with the basic layout, let's get people contributing this week.

Thanks a lot Manu - totally agree re overkill (you know, I think it's always easier to change some concrete proposal that is on the table compared to there is nothing at all there to discuss. In this sense, my original layout was just there to set the ball rolling in the hope that someone would come along and do it properly. And you did ;)

When will I ever learn how to accept it rather than closing it - is it me being stupid or is it an UI/UX issue with Github? :) ... ah, no, it's me not RTFM ... need to merge manually. Consider it done ...
