Add New Filters and Fields

Changes have been deployed to the server adding new filter options and returning additional fields. These need to be added to the API - https://github.com/mhbo/mhbo-react-client/issues/158

New Community Filter Options:

• is_resident_owned - Example - https://staging.mhbo.com/api/v1/communities/?listing_type_id%5B%5D=1&is_resident_owned=true&display_location=28.9174855%2C-81.9228604&page_count=10&radius=1000
• is_mhrv - Example - https://staging.mhbo.com/api/v1/communities/?listing_type_id%5B%5D=1&is_mhrv=true&display_location=28.9174855%2C-81.9228604&page_count=10&radius=1000
• is_tiny_house_community - Example - https://staging.mhbo.com/api/v1/communities/?listing_type_id%5B%5D=1&is_tiny_house_community=true&display_location=28.9174855%2C-81.9228604&page_count=10&radius=1000

New Community Detail Fields:

• is_mhrv
• is_resident_owned
• is_tiny_house_community
• with_pet_friendly

New Mobilehomes Filter Options:

• location_status_id - 1=In a community, 2=Owner-owned land, 3=Leased/rented land, 4=Not in a community, 5=On dealer lot - Example for "private property"- https://staging.mhbo.com/api/v1/mobile_homes/?listing_type_id%5B%5D=1&location_status_id[]=2&display_location=28.9174855%2C-81.9228604&page_count=10&radius=1000

Does the update in params for tinyhouse and mhrv resort also work in mobile homes API? Buy more filters has an option to filter by tiny house & mhrvresort

That is disappointing :( I was hoping we had everything. Community features associated with mobilehomes will need to be added and re-indexed.

On that note, I missed out on the fact that filter queries for mobile homes and communities would be different, I have been reusing

• isResidentOwned=true => ROC,
• ageRestrictionType = 1=>familyFriendly,
• ageRestrictionType=2 => 55+
• withPetFriendly=true => petFriendly

for Buy More Filters. Are any of them not valid?

isResidentOwned the only one that has not been indexed for mobilhome searches.
