Sign up failed for unknown reason.? #9

I gave the domain name of the server where i hosted the server files and 
database i.e jotish.com and was trying to sign up but it returned with an error 
saying."sign up failed for unknown reason"

you have to take the whole path to index.php
ie. http://jotish.com/android_im/

same problem with me my url http://pixelerbricks.net78.net/chat/index.php but 
its show sign up failed for unknown reason username and pwd save in database 
and login successfully but cant send req. to other

I am having the same problem..
when I try to sign up it say failed for unknown reason but the data is updated 
in database then when I try to login it gets successful even if there's no such 
user or entry in db. I am not able to send request to other users also.. please 
help asap.. I am hosting the server on website.. just like Abhi and jotish.. 
Help ASAP..
