improve MU presentation to explain the roles of each person using the product #21

Some people didn't really understand WHAT is our product. We have to improve the presentation adding a diagram with all the people involved in using the MU product. perhaps we can improve the diagram from presentation london2013/Presentation-Day3.pdf, slide 6.
