Setup Prowlarr on k8s #88

@ragmehos do we need to deploy the prowlarr before setting up scrap scripts? or good to deploy this once after having the scrap script?

Need to deploy it to set it up and maybe test some parts of scraping, but I can bring it down to 0 replicas if its not being used. Need to setup things in prowlarr - get the api key, and more and then test parts of scraping and I can then bring it down until we get the other parts in.
