Currently updates that the account of the PAT did are not taken into account whether a PR is marked as unread. But they still show as last updated + influence the sorting.
It probably should not influence the sorting, but how should it be displayed? Keep as is and have a mismatch between sorting and display? Or add something to clarify this?
