Update packages on linux package managers #149

The package versions available on the linux package repositories are outdated. The Ubuntu repository has v.2.0.3, and AUR has v.2.3.1.

A recent project I did used libkqueue on linux to compile, and the version(s) installed with apt-get/pacman threw runtime errors, but building the latest version from source did not. Are there any plans to update the packages on the repositories?

Nevermind, just saw that #135 addresses the same issue. Closing :)
