Update seec-trace-view to use seec::cm. #22

Now that seec::cm is relatively complete (see #1 for details), we should update seec-trace-view to use it. Currently seec-trace-view is maintaining and consulting a large amount of mapping information on its own, which was never intended to be long term.

Closing this as all active components of seec-trace-view use the seec::cm interface. Some old components are still disabled, but these will be updated to use seec::cm if and when they are reinstated.
