API v2 #3

It looks like Surfline is starting to deprecate v1 of the API (most of forecasting doesn't return new data for SoCal at least).

I'm starting work on supporting v2. Starting with forecasts, tide and taxonomy (spots) so that I can switch gosurf to use v2.

I think I'll try supporting logging in for people that have premium (so that you can get more than 6 days).

Forecasts and tide are supported in 2.0.0 release. Following with taxonomy in 2.1.0.
