Add bower.json + grunt #124

Hi, it would be nice if a bower.json was defined in order to get the dependencies (they are as submodules), and also a Grunfile.js definition, in order to generate the build using grunt as an alternative to make.

Looks like the author is a little busy, so you'r best bet would be to submit a PR.
