Failed to execute script 'main' due to unhandled exception!

Hello, I am trying to execute the app after a successful freeze but I'm getting the error from the following image.

I am running in the following requirements.

• fbs==1.0.8
• PyQt5==5.15.5
• pyinstaller==4.5.1

When I execute fbs run I don't have any problems and befure the last freeze I did I wasn't having any problems either.
