[EMERGENCY] fix: upgrade jasmine-growl-reporter to resolve critical vulnerabirity of growl #438

growl in dependency through jasmine-gworl-reporter has CRITICAL vulnerabirity by $ npm audit. So I resolved it.

Checking in on this as well. I am trying to cleanup my critical issues in npm audit and I would prefer to not use the beta version

Thanks for the contribution. I will likely use ~ instead of ^, as proposed in #439.

Now fixed and published in version 3.0.0
